1. Content & Platform Overview

This Agreement defines the terms under which you may access and use our platform, whether you are browsing as a guest or have registered as a member. Depending on your place of residence, the contracting entity will be either JWS Americas S.à r.l. (for users located in the United States) or JWS International S.à r.l. (for users in all other territories). Both are private limited liability companies incorporated in Luxembourg, with their registered address at 5, Rue Charles Darwin, L-1433 Luxembourg, and entered in the Luxembourg Trade and Companies Register under numbers 249.539 and 249.566 respectively. Throughout this document, these entities are collectively referred to as the "Website Operator". Any mention of "our site" or "platform" refers to the Website Operator or the site it manages, depending on the context.

Key Definitions

  • Member/Customer/Subscriber – A visitor who registers an account to gain access to our paid features.
  • Guest – A visitor who navigates the platform without creating an account.
  • Adult Service Provider (ASP)/ Performer/Model – An individual aged 18 or older (or 21 where applicable) who performs live shows, engages in chat, or otherwise interacts with members and guests.
  • Credit Balance – Members may buy credit packages to unlock premium functionality. Payments are securely processed through our partners, and purchased credits are deposited into your account.
  • Free Chat – A public area where you can communicate with performers via text.
  • Private Chat – A secluded session where you can exchange messages or use voice chat with a performer privately, without other users present.

By browsing or creating an account on our platform, you confirm your acceptance of the following:

  • This platform features adult-oriented interactive material, which may include nudity, erotic performances, and sexual content. Access by minors is strictly forbidden. Individuals who may be disturbed by adult content are advised not to enter; you alone are accountable for your decision to browse.
  • Adult entertainment on this site is delivered by male and female performers aged over 18 (or 21 where mandated by local law) from various countries, referred to as Adult Service Providers (ASPs).
  • ASPs conduct live webcam broadcasts and chat sessions for members worldwide, who select them based on live streams, photos, recorded videos, and other available materials.
  • We categorize ASPs into different groups that may be updated periodically. The following guidelines apply:

Within the Hot Flirt category, nudity and sexually provocative behavior are not permitted in free chat. Performers retain the right to decide what to offer during private sessions.

In the Soul Mate category and its related subcategories (e.g., Dancer), performers refrain from providing or implying sexually explicit content in text, images, or live video, focusing instead on topics aligned with their subcategory.

Sexually explicit content is not allowed in free chat rooms or public images. Infractions may lead to financial penalties or account suspension.

Performers across all categories may enable the "No-Face" setting to conceal their identity and choose not to reveal their face during any chat or show type.

We employ standard industry technology to tailor your experience and ensure a smooth visit. Member satisfaction is our priority.

The platform is structured into sections offering both complimentary and paid adult entertainment services. New features are introduced regularly to align with member preferences.

Before selecting a service, take a moment to examine the content, pricing, and available payment methods (credit/debit cards, online checks, etc.) in your country. This information can be found on our website.

Posting material on our platform does not constitute our endorsement of the author nor does it impose liability on us for that material.

2. Services & Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we offer no warranties regarding the information, services, or products accessible through our platform. You assume all risks associated with using our services.

We continuously strive to deliver high-quality content and services to our members. However, we cannot guarantee that the content will be merchantable, fit for a particular purpose, or produce specific outcomes in terms of accuracy, timeliness, or dependability.

Neither we nor any party involved in producing or distributing our services or content shall be held liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of the platform — without prejudice to the other provisions of this Agreement.

After obtaining your explicit consent (via email or chat), our Customer Service team may remotely access your computer to resolve technical issues or collect system information for diagnostic purposes.

By consenting to a remote access session, you release us and our staff from any legal claims related to that session.

If a performer is labeled as "Exclusive Model only available on mrunetki", it indicates that the model has entered an exclusive arrangement with the Website Operator and appears exclusively on this platform and other Operator-owned sites.

3. Core Principles

We have no desire to support unethical conduct, which is why we maintain and enforce strict guidelines.

As a Platinum Sponsor of the Association of Sites Advocating Child Protection (ASACP), a member of the Restricted to Adults Association (RTA), and a participant in the Internet Content Rating Association (ICRA), we are dedicated to safeguarding minors.

Our services are accessible solely to individuals aged 18 or older (21 in certain regions). We take measures to prevent minors from easily accessing sexually explicit content.

Individuals under 18 (or 21 in applicable regions) are also barred from working as ASPs. All performers were at least 18 (or 21 where required) at the time their content was produced, and we maintain proof of age records. We never depict performers as minors.

Every ASP must satisfy three core requirements:

  • Execute an agreement attesting to the accuracy of their personal details and age;
  • Furnish a scanned copy of their government-issued photo identification;
  • Submit a photograph of themselves holding their photo ID next to their face.

Performers who breach our standards face immediate and permanent account termination.

We enforce a zero-tolerance policy regarding child pornography in any form. If such content is even suspected, the account is closed immediately and permanently, and law enforcement may be notified.

Our experienced registration staff carefully vet all submissions. We retain the right to suspend accounts immediately and permanently if they contain offensive usernames, references to minors, or if forgery is suspected.

In accordance with 18 U.S.C. 2257 (the Federal Labeling and Record-Keeping Law), every model appearing on our platform was at least 18 years old when their content was created. We maintain proof of age records for all performers, organized by producer as detailed below. All content and images fully comply with 18 U.S.C. 2257 and applicable regulations.

4. Member Information

Registration requires you to be at least 18 (or 21 where local legislation stipulates a higher age).

When you register and accept this Agreement, you give your express consent for us to begin providing services without delay and waive any right of withdrawal related to those services. This waiver is made pursuant to the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EC) of October 25, 2011, as implemented in Luxembourg via the Law of April 2, 2014.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless us, together with our officers, directors, affiliates, attorneys, shareholders, managers, members, agents, and employees, from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) asserted by third parties as a result of your conduct, statements, actions, violation of this Agreement, or unlawful acts.

Should you breach this Agreement or participate in illegal behavior, your account may be terminated instantly with no prior notice.

We bear no liability for losses incurred due to such termination, nor are we obliged to refund credits or provide compensation. We also retain the authority to suspend or immediately terminate your account if we conclude that you fail to satisfy the conditions set forth in these Terms. Following termination arising from a breach, unlawful action, or suspected non-compliance, we may, at our discretion, permanently bar any associated payment methods from our platform.

This Agreement takes effect upon your first visit to our platform as a guest or, for members, upon registration and acceptance of these terms. It remains in force until terminated by either party according to the provisions herein.

5. Payments, Refunds & Policies

Members have the option to buy credit bundles that can be applied toward adult entertainment offerings. Before selecting a service, please review the content descriptions, pricing, and payment methods published on our website.

Text-based conversation with clothed performers is provided at no cost. To unlock premium features—such as private shows where performers may appear undressed—click the "Private Show with this Performer" button. Once a private session begins, credits are deducted per second from your balance. Note that performers may temporarily limit free text chat for members who have not yet purchased credits.

During private shows, the Quickbuy function allows members to add credits to their balance manually using a pre-selected package without leaving the session.

SmartBuy ensures uninterrupted private shows by automatically replenishing your balance whenever it drops below 7 credits. By default, SmartBuy acquires a 27.99-credit package, although you may adjust this amount in your account settings.

An email notification is sent each time an automatic SmartBuy top-up is made. You may disable SmartBuy at any time via your Account Settings.

If your bank rejects a transaction, SmartBuy is deactivated automatically and will be reactivated upon your next successful purchase.

Both Quickbuy and SmartBuy charge your default payment method.

Subject to internal logistical arrangements, your billing parameters (the price you pay for credit bundles) are determined by the country associated with your first purchase, which also dictates which Website Operator you are registered with. In certain cases, billing may be carried out by the other Website Operator on our behalf through internal recharging. This does not alter your experience, add any fees, or cause loss of credits or rights. Regardless of which entity processes your payment, your contractual relationship remains with the original Website Operator based on your initial location (unless you inform us of a permanent relocation). You consent to this billing structure. We retain the right to round prices to the nearest whole number.

Questions about bank fees should be directed to your financial institution.

We are not accountable for issues arising beyond the boundaries of our platform.

All complaints must be submitted to our Customer Service team within 24 hours of the incident. Given the difficulty of investigating older reports, we will only evaluate them in circumstances of force majeure.

Our Customer Service team may conduct thorough investigations of reports and accessible information using suitable methods as needed.

Consistent with your express waiver of withdrawal rights under Clause 4.2, we cannot accommodate refund or cancellation requests once you have begun using purchased credits. Nonetheless, refunds may be available under the conditions described below.

A proportional credit refund will be issued only if: (a) credits are lost as a result of a system error; or (b) a performer in our "Nude Only" section categorically declines to deliver erotic content. To qualify, you must report the incident to us with adequate supporting evidence. If erotic content was supplied, refund requests will be assessed individually. Performers in the "Hot Flirt" or "Fetish" categories who describe themselves as "dominant" may elect to offer erotic content during private shows, provided they fulfill any promises made. Offering erotic material in private sessions is at the discretion of these performers. If a performer has activated the "No-face" setting, you may not request a refund or initiate a chargeback solely on the basis that you cannot view their face.

Because of the way our payment system and third-party processors function, cash refunds are limited to the full amount of your original credit bundle purchase, provided that none of those credits have been used (including partial use). Partial cash refunds are never available. If you have consumed some credits, any eligible refund will be issued as credits (not cash) up to your preceding balance. Approved cash refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for the original transaction. A cash refund will result in the corresponding credits being deducted from your account. Be aware that certain payment methods cannot support refunds due to technical constraints.

Expenditures on services such as VIP show tickets, Buy My Content, tips, surprises, sneak peeks, snapshots, messenger, offline/private messages, video/voice calls, goodies baskets, and MyStory subscriptions are not eligible for refunds or compensation. Your performer snapshots will remain accessible as long as the performer's account is active. Please note that all Free Peeks expire 168 hours (one week) from the time they were granted.

Notwithstanding the above, we assume no liability for defamatory, offensive, or unlawful conduct by any guest or member, nor for service outages, errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays, communication failures, theft, destruction, unauthorized access, or record alterations—whether asserted under contract, tort, or any other legal doctrine—beyond the amount you have paid us.

In no event (including negligence) shall we or our affiliated companies be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services—without prejudice to the remainder of this clause.

You agree to use our website and all its features exclusively for their intended purpose. Any dishonest conduct, actions, or attempts to bypass our rules (whether written or implied) may lead to immediate account suspension or termination. The Website Operator reserves the right to act at its sole discretion.
